Happiness is the key to success. It is the sole outcome of one’s choice. Even in hurdles of sorrow, happiness can remain alive if one let the difficulties bury deep down. Happiness is not a result of intellectual thoughts but is the result of constant efforts of heart in being happy.
It is not always necessary to have a smile on the face that reflect happiness. There are no rules to attain happiness, just relax your mind and feel a little joy of life with a positive mind.

To open doors for happiness, know your desires and set precise goals with a strategy, guide your thoughts with goals. One way to gain happiness is to regularly exercise to develop a happy heart and a happy mind. Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned or worn down or consumed.
However, we cannot ignore the three emerging problems that are a potential threat to happiness which includes obesity, depression, the opioids crisis. But don’t worry about what others think about you, happiness will remain pure. Everyone wants happiness and no one wants pain.
Remember rainbow can’t appear without a little rain. Happiness is letting go of what you think your life is supposed to look like. Happiness is increased by spreading smiles and sharing the joy with others.
